what is a.o.i
![]() you're right it's offtopic, you'll need to add portfw to xbmc ip on the webserver port, this is done on the router.

i think he means a.o.l (amazingly overpriced laggish isp).
but i am sure you have heard of aol, i am assuming that is what he is talking about. i never used them due to their amazingly overpriced service for laggish dialup... |

this is still offtopic so i'll leave it be. here's what you can do:
find a simple http server for windows and portfoward to this, example http://www.analogx.com/contents/down...work/sswww.htm now you've taken xbox/xbmc out of the equation edit, i just had a thought, maybe your xbox and router are on different "subnets"

make sure your isp doesn't block port 80. run a scan at
shields up if they do change ports. also you shouldn't have to enter :80 as this is the default port for http. |
