[Windows] Picture/Thumb for my videos

I have a good library of home made videos.
Using Fraps I was able to create a thumb image per each video (exactly the same name but with JPG extension).
The video is categorized per year
so the structure is
c:\video\2009
- my birthday.avi
- my birthday.jpg


The question is: if I add video as a library how can I show the thumb instead of the standard icon?
Is there any way I can show more info from the file?

of course as is my video no scrapper/importer will recognise them.
