change menu

Hey guys i'm useless at changeing xml files but i'm giving it a go.

Im trying to change pictures to tv shows

and delete accessories

Can anyone suggest where to start?

Files that are relevant regarding making changes to the homescreen menu:
Home.xml
HomeAccessoriesMenu.xml
HomeExitMenu.xml
HomeMusicMenu.xml
HomePicturesMenu.xml
HomeSettingsMenu.xml
HomeVideoMenu.xml
