Time/Date bar at the top right corner

I want to know if it is possible to permanently REMOVE the TIME/DATE thing that is always present in the top right corner of a screen. I disabled clock in the settings of XBMC but this doesn t prevent it from keep showing up.

you need to edit the xml files for the skin to remove it, there isn't a setting for hiding the time/date.
