Default Join multiple AVCHD files?

Hi all,
I've downloaded some movie on the net and they were split into multiple AVCHD files, does anyone know a software (free would be great!) to join these files into 1 single file?

A little late but here you go :

tsmuxer will JOIN and even SPLIT .ts (avchd) files.
