Default XBMC compatible NAS at 500GB or 750GB?

Can anyone help?

Does anyone have a recommended list of compatible NAS's I can buy to use with my xbox?
I am looking to get a 500Gb or 750Gb and want to make sure its compatible before i buy it.

Cheers

Any NAS that shares over windows filesharing (samba/CIFS) will work fine (this is basically every NAS).

Careful! Check out that Wiki page. It may not be up to date, but the Landrive style may not work out. I got one (see other post) and the speed is terrible slow (I suspect firmware issue) and can't seem to stream vidfeo fast enough. (about 2+mbps). Mine is an Airlink. Still workin on it...but not lookin good.

I think getting a recommendation from someone who may have just purchased a working/proven one is a good idea!

I have a airlink connected through the same router as my xbox and it works fine.I cannot write to it while it is playing a movie however, that will cause the xbox to stutter.

it is not bad for the cheapprice. mine is a airlink as well...
