Where are the xbox saved game stored?

this isnt important, i was just wondering what file is the xbox saved games stored in? i want to trade saved games with my friends and get updates, so i need to know where the saved game files are kept

they are stored in either the udata or tdata folders on e:
personally i use the xbox saves manager from http://www.xbox-saves.com/ to upload download cheat etc..
