I want to modify the home shortcut under AEON settings
so that it show up on home screen what files do I need to play with?

what I really want to do is replace stuff like Adults and Games and Comics
to something that is more useful to me like Kids, special interest etc..

I can edit the Homescrollers directly but I want to modified so that I can turn them on and off under AEON settings home short cut

Hey mate,

I have done a lot of fiddling myself.
I suggest editing the homescrollers.xml as you have mentioned.

If you replace Adults with Kids, you will be able to turn them on and off just as usual. For instance, just turn off Adults to disable kids.

If you edit a few, you may forget which is which; I understand that. I am not sure exactly which file, but the Settings.xml, or one of the other settings files should allow you to change the aeon settings.

Give it a go. Have fun digging around, and don't worry if you screw something up as you can always replace with the original files.

I have to make some modifications myself a little late. While I am there I'll see if I can find the correct file for you.
