TV Shows Background Idea

I'm not a photoshop wiz or anything of the sort...

But I think it would be cool if instead of the image in the TV on the default TV Shows background, if a screencap from the highlighted show could appear.

So if "Arrested Development" is selected, a fanart.jpg image with a screencap would appear on screen.

Thoughts/Mockups?

Could someone show me where to access the default tv background for editing?

It's locked up in the texture.xml although I'm sure it could be found on the net somewhere.
