It is possible acces to hyperlinks in web page?

exist a plugin for mytheatre (a dvd program) that can change channels from a url. it is possible make a script that load this url and navigate to hyperlinks? and add a min window for watch the movie?

sounds way to hard, it's unlikely anyway could make that.
