Default Where can I get a fresh sources.xml et al?

With the pending update that supports X3100, I realized that along the was, the change to where sources.xml and several other files are stored has changed. Since it is no longer part of the disk image downloads, it there a small package of these files some place so I can create the new location in library\applications and drag them there? I didn't even worry about it before but now it looks like I will need to...

Default

sources.xml is created when it's first needed. There is no default in SVN.
