Default .1 version creates "playlists" folder...

I'm running Leopard and have added the app bundle to my Apps directory. I don't have XBMC_HOME set.

When I run XBMC it creates a "playlists" folder inside the applications directory. Is this correct?

I thought this version was putting everything inside its bundle.

yes, it seems that it is what developpers intended to do. i think this folder should be either in */library/cache or */library/application support.
