Inexpensive setup specs and results

I just build a system consisting of an Asus Pundit P1 with a Sempron 3000+, 1GB ram, and nVidia GeForce 6150.... 32-bit install of feisty.... so far, video playback is acceptable.. most avi's and h.264 mp4's are playing without problems using 30-55% cpu... I've got a 720p h.264 mp4 that has successfully played through at around 70% cpu... all are being accessed over smb shares... mpeg files are sketchy... sometimes they play fine, sometimes they lock up xbmc.. using a donated hard drive, the setup cost me about 350.00 US..

Has anyone got a StreamZap remote working with xbmc?? If so, are there any lirc conf files located anywhere??
