I'm allready posting this on the Xbox-scene forum, but why not post it on the official XBMC forum also, right ?

Ok, i'm working on an exact replica of the PSP interface for XBMC.

System Settings menu

Files pressed

Today i've included custom wallpaper support:

custom wallpapers

My 2 biggest problems so far are:
- the buggy buttonscrollers
- not being able to remove thumbnail-panel spincontrol.

Nice to see a new skin in development.

What is buggy about the buttonscroller exactly?

And you should be able to remove the thumbpanel spincontrol - see the online skinning manual.

What's buggy (strange) about buttonscrollers is that when you dont set a width/height it doesnt scale the textures, when you do.. it does scale them.
having width/height also cancels out smoothscrolling for some reason :S
it's all pretty wierd.

I can remove the images of the spin control, but i'm still able to navigate to them, if your sure it's possible, please tell me where to find it.

Yeah, it's not exposed to the xml side of the skin engine. Expect it there for 2.1 (though with the other changes I have in mind, I doubt the spin controls will even be present at all..)

As for the buttonscroller thing, the best thing you can do is post a skin that shows the issue.

You can PM me the info if you don't wish to make it public.

I'm at work right now and was stupid enough to forget to bring the skin with me..
I'll try to get in contact with you later (IRC, or this forum)

But what i need is a buttonscroller that doesnt scale the textures, no matter what width/height i give the buttonscroller.

wow thats a really cool skin, although a ps3 like skin would look alot nicer with that animated silver wave in the black background, hey that could be ur future project lol.
but its nice to see another skin in development

making the icons silver and adding an animated background is all it takes to make this theme into a PS3 one.
so what would you think about an extra theme for this skin in the future ?
