Added default xml tag for My Programs

hey.. somebody in the irc channel asked to have the default xml tag work for my programs.

i have added support for that and created a patch.

i uploaded it to sf.net: https://sourceforge.net/tracker....=581840

thats excellent. i was hopeing someone would do something like that, now myprograms can go straight to my games dir..
