i thought this might be a good feature to have and not to difficult to implement (i believe). the benefits would be that you'd have a more sensitive video search that would also presumably be more useful. key frames have a tendency to be at scene transitions during movies, this would be very useful in my opinion. this could be taken further and could be implemented as a commercial skip for those with tivos. while i'm not entirely familiar with all video standards this method could certainly be used with all mpeg 4 based codecs. this of course would be an alternative to the current search which i believe uses percentages.
