View Full Version : Duplicates when queuing a "folder" in web server

i am using the 1/15/2005 build.

when i try to queue up a folder of music (by clicking the green button beside the folder) it will queue up the folder but it seems to always make a duplicate and show every entry twice (it goes once through the list, and then lists them once again after that). this happens onlly when using the web server interface. i tried with 2 different browsers in case it made a difference (firefox, myie2). i tried it for both music and video and it happens for both.

in addition, i notice that there is no "clear playlist" for the video queue. is there a reason for this or it just hasn't been added yet?

the other problem i am having is when i try to remove a single file from the queue it doesn't seem to be doing it (at least, when i refresh the playlist it still shows all of the files). in an older build i was getting an error when i tried this, but not i don't get an error anymore, it just doesn't seem to work.

i checked my log and there doesn't appear to be any "error" reports in there. it just says that the webserver was accepting commands, etc.

i was wondering if someone could try replicating the problem.

through searches on these forums and the forums at x-s, i didn't see any talk about this. i saw in the bug report on sourceforge that the "queue" removal was fixed a few months back but it doesn't seem to work still (unless there is no way to get it to refresh on the pc side)

can someone please try this on their machine and report if you get the same results?

is so, i will add this on the bug boards discussion (i don't have the nightly cvs build so i can't confirm the same results there to add it to the sourceforge bug listing)
