Time to build?

can i ask one of you dev's what is the best time to build? presumably after the cvs updates have been done. what time of the day is this done or is it just as and when. i am in the uk 'gmt' but when 'gmt' would the cvs updates be done?

cvs updates are done as and when. your best time to update is whenever you feel like it. most cvs updates are done in a fairly complete state.
