i already made a xbmc to support .srt chinese subtitle but it doesn't support chinese filename yet. this version include chinese font and setting ready, also include a chinese setting manual.

as we speak i'm working on adding support for ttf subs which will allow chinese as well.

yes, we reconize your hard work on the xbmc to support chinese subtitle use ttf fonts.

i just make a temporary solution to support .srt chinese subtitle and it use chinese font provide by mplayer site.

if is possible to show some screen shots of this in action?

maybe a link to the site where the group of people who worked on this got together?

just added support for ttf subtitles in cvs. please read the other thread in xbmc general discussion regarding it.
