So I made sure that I did everything for the Xbox (copying the files from deprecated to the 720p folder. However I still can't get this skin to work playing Movies (TV Shows work). I've disabled all the scripts.

Is there something else I need to disable?

I figure I should add more detail. Using PM.III everything plays fine. Selecting a movie however causes it to flash the scree, then if I press pause or the 'display' button the screen flickers. If I go to the home menu the background is black with the timer reading 0:00/1:26 (or similar). If I try to play the movie again it crashes. I've done it many times and included the pastebin from one such crash.

have you tried using 720p instead of 1080i?

It was set to auto but I set it to 720p same thing.

Out of memory...this line says it:
17:48:39 M: 1245184 SEVERE: DLL: Q:\system\players\mplayer\mplayer.dll : malloc failed, crash imminent (Out of memory requesting 6304720 bytes)

I don't run Transparency on my xbox but when I use to try to run Aeon, I went threw all the tricks of disabling anything thats not needed.

So what can be done to fix this problem? Or can I no longer use this skin?

It appears Mplayer crashes twice. The first time I run the movie and the second time. Weird.

if you haven't already done so, try the xbox friendly version of the skin: http://xbmc-xbox-skins.googlecode.com/files/Transparency%21.rar
this version comes with scaled down background images, so should save some memory.

next, as mcborzu suggested, disable as much as possible to begin with:
- weather.com plugin, in case you've installed it
- everything in Settings > Skin Settings > Icons
- Settings > Skin Settings > Home window (disable the 3 recently added items)

i'm no xbox user myself, so i doubt i can be of any help.....
