I'm looking for a way to mass convert all my h254 video with mkv container and aac audio to mp3 audio. Any ideas of mass converters. I try doing one by one with vitualdub mod but it said no audio decompresser found.

simple; use a unix os and mencoder/ffmpeg and a simple for loop...
something along
for INPUT in inputdir/*.mkv; do mencoder -o output/$INPUT -oac mp3 -ovc copy $INPUT ; done
somebody might be able to translate that to batch for you..
