Need a suggestion for good Tuner for Mythtv

I'm building a dedicated box and have decided I want to have a tuner or dual tuner for regular analog cable tv signal.

Is there a card that is recommended for this? I would prefer one that has onboard processing rather than using Computer CPU to process the video, and prefer dual tuner.
