IR receiver

I have XBMC with MCE remote running on my HTPC and a wireless keyboard also. Is there any way to eliminate one IR receiver.

You mean using the same IR receiver for both devices? Don't think so as your remote won't work with the keyboard receiver and you would need some HID control software to get the MCE receiver create keyboard events and deliver it to the OS (assuming the receiver picks up the keyboard's signal at all).

Ok, thanks. I thought that was the case. Anyone know of a good cheap internal for 3.5" or 5.25" drive bay.?
