Free X2.2 Mod Chip from XBMC???

i don't know if it is from xbmc or from some other place with that name, but i just recieved a x 2.2 chip in the mail usps from:

xbmc inc
4th line
rosemont, on l0n 1r0
canada

i haven't ordered any mod chip sence my xbit like months ago then this shows up at my door.
i also changed credit cards about a month ago also so i don't know whats up.

any ideas?

i don't know anything about that. and we don't have any active members in canada, not that i'm awhere of. maybe a prank or scam, be carefull.

1.)if its been charged to my cc i would report it as someone doin cc fraud.

2.) if its not charged to me how can it be something bad? maybe it will turn my xbox into a landmine???

i don't know if theres any way for a mod chip to fry an xbox but hell i guess you never know. alot of trouble for someone to fry an xbox to not know if i ever used it or not... :oops: duh

i found something. this adress seems to be a return adress from xbox-modchips.com.

so maybe someone send in his chip for repair/replacement and they messed it up and send the new one to you?
