[REQUEST] Smaller Video OSD (On Screen Display) Controls?

The current Aeon video controls are huge they take up a lot of space

If you look at Windows Media player its about half the size

so i was just wondering if someone who actually knew how to do this stuff could slim down the bar


the way you control it is kinda weird with the keyboard so is it possible to change the default keys

Part of the problem is that you are using a 16:9 skin on a 4:3 display. If you get a media center remote you don't even need to use the keyboard for normal operation and it makes things a lot easier.

It could be that he's using a 720p display with non-square pixels though.
