Skin Settings?

Hi -

Using pre-9.10 build SVN 21223 (from today!) with Transparency! 0.25.

I feel like a bonehead - but where are the 'Skin Settings'? I choose Settings from the Main Menu, and see a PM3-like icon-based settings menu, but cannot find a Skin Settings submenu anywhere ...

once you're on the Settings menu, press the button that goes left and it'll pop up.
