I Can't recall doing anything to my HTPC but as of yesterday i can't play AVC's
i try ed playing in software mode and in VDPAU but the result is always the same, XBMC crashes.
No problems what so ever with DVD content or XVID.
For the life of me i can't figure out what went wrong
If anybody has the same problem and preferably a solution :) I'll be glad to hear from u.

Lament Configuration,

Are you using the smooth video option? If so do you have "TripleBuffer" enabled in your xorg.conf? If so comment out your "TripleBuffer" under the option and see if that works. Should look like this with the pound sign if you just want to comment it out.

# Option "TripleBuffer" "True"

Make sure you restart X after making the changes before you attempt to play some AVC files again.

Thnx for the reply,
and no don't have triple buffer enabled.
ahh, well i'll clear my Sabnzbd queue and unstall it iff that doesn't work i'll just do a fresh install.
Weird thing is i didn't install anything between the last "good" viewing and this "crash" on playback (hope it isn't the hardware)
