I had the same problem when I first installed XBMC. All I did to fix was go out to nVidia's website and download the latest Windows 7 drivers for my Video Card. That was it, problem fixed, and now enjoying XBMC.

Hopefully that's all your problem is, simple fix.

I'm running with drivers to my onboard video card... Hmm.... I'm confused... I don't wan't to just sit there and update drivers, without knowing whats wrong...! I have uninstalled xbmc, and installed it again, but doesn't help!

There's a 99% chance it's your video drivers, but without posting a debug log it's nearly impossible to tell for sure.

The normal XBMC log IS NOT a debug log, to enable debug logging you must toggle it on under XBMC Settings - System or in your case via advancedsettings.xml.
