Just thought I'd post this in case anyone else has a HP slimline (which IMO is a great HTPC rig and cheap) I've got a HP slimline and was having trouble playing high def smoothly - so decided on a nice easy graphics card upgrade - then discovered it's not so easy due to the 160 watt PSU, after discovering this forum

I now use a radeon 4550 and it's sorted all my problems and I'd highly recommend it as a card to use in a HTPC setup. the forum also discusses CPU upgrades etc.
