your Video Database file may be messed up. It's under UserData\Databases\MyVideos34.db
but you can't edit it while running the XBMC that it's assigned to.

Load up either a different dashboard than XBMC or if you've got an older build of XBMC load it and navigate to your database file and rename it to MyVideos34.old and when you reboot then XBMC will create a new MyVideos34.db. Unfortunately, you will lose all of your video library and have to do a rescan. If it ends up working, then your database is corrupt. *If your number isn't 34, then use whatever number is given. I'm not sure if they're different.

If that's not the case, then load up another dash and delete MyVideos34.db and rename your MyVideos34.old to MyVideos34.db and replicate the problem with debugging on, but upload the whole thing to pastebin.com. (You can delete your zipcode from the weather if you're concerned about that. It'll be shown 3 or 4 times while XBMC is loading.)

I deleted teh whole thing and started over again... What i had done is resized all the fanart per paul on the mediastream skin forum.. maybe a setting got messed up when the files were resized and caused it to lock up.. no idea but i am just not going to use mediastream anymore

I had to delete it and rescan and I've never used mediastream. Something happened when upgrading from the first 9.04.1 to an SVN build and then to the 9.04.1-FIXED that made the video database think that it wasn't new enough. I'm not sure if that's the real sequence of events that caused it to happen, but I don't think mediastream is to blame.

I found that IMDB scaper didn't properly for me on T3CH 9.04.1, I've upgraded to a SSHCS nightly build and it worked then.

No need, just get the latest version of T3CH Upgrader script, it allows now for both T3CH and SSHCS builds - saves you a lot of work when upgrading XBMC on Xbox...

Where to get the T3CH Upgrader script from? :) the answer is SVN Repo Installer (http://www.xbmc.org/forum/showthread.php?t=29911)

@NewNole2001
You mean you have around 30-35 MBs of free RAM, you run the T3CH Upgrader script (1.9.2) and that crashes your Xbox? odd, haven't heard anything like that before... I guess that leaves you to do the upgrade manually...

@dan dare .. i start with around 30-35 mb of ram and during the upgrade it drops me to 0 ram which causes the box to freeze and crash..

I just changed FLASHFXP from Auto to forced UTF-8.. maybe it is trying to upload in ascii and that could cause some problems....

Hmmm.. the folder appeared to be read-only before the upload.. maybe that attribute is causing a problem?
