disable Shutdown menu

Hi folks,

I am going to use XBMC mainly on my HTPC (Ubuntu 64 bit) with the remote control. XBMC is the latest ppa version, and theme is MediaStream.

The question is: how can I disable Shutdown menu, so by using remote control only, people can not shutdown XBMC or shutdown the computer?
