ok so I followed this guide,
http://xbmc.org/wiki/index.php?title=HOW-TO_install_XBMC_for_Linux_on_Ubuntu_with_a_minimal _installation_step-by-step&oldid=12597
but XBMC naturally :oo: wouldn't install properly, so I installed it from the repository and removed its folder and then the latest SVN installed fine and all is running well, except that when I use the scraper to get my film and TV information it wont download the thumbs for them. it gets the information, and will download fan art but not thumbs, when I go into the video information and go to select the thumb manually it shows multiple entries for remote thumbs but wont actually show them all I get is the picture of that video camer with HD written on it. I'm at a bit of a lose as to the problem and google is no help
I've tried deleting MyVideo*.db and thumbnail cache multiply times and it hasn't fixed it, but manually selecting a local .jpg or .tbn works fine.
any help would be appreciated, thanks Tom.
