Movie language issues

Hi everybody,
I'm new to XBMC and I'm finding some difficulties with the multi-lingual movies.

Some of my movies are in French, some in German, many in English but I don't know how to display this information using XBMC. And sometimes the movie has several languages embedded, how can I switch between them?

Regarding the subtitles I have a similar problem, since I'm learning French I'd like to switch between English or French subtitles, or at least to know if I have them just in case I'm watching the movie with someone who doesn't understand French...

it is pretty easy, just press M while playing, in the menus that show up you will find everything that you need
