Hi,
I've been reading here and playing around with trying to get a (wired, official) xbox1 controller working for the last couple of weeks but can't quite get it right. I've changed the name of the controller in keymap.xml and I get input in XBMC but cannot get keymap.xml working right.
I've got all the buttons working and the thumbsticks are pretty much ok (although it does get stuck moving when I change the volume quite often) but my real problems are with the D-Pad (which is picked up as an axis not button) which I just cannot get working right and the triggers, I would love to have the RR/FF working the same as the old xbox so the more you pull them the faster it rewinds or fast forwards.
I know this has been discussed quite a bit here but there don't seem to be any definitive answers. Does someone have a working keymap.xml they can post or tell me how to get the d-pad and triggers sorted?
Any help would be really appreciated.
P.S. just made the move from old xbox to xbmc live flash drive install after many happy years so I can play HD content, loving xbmc live, thanks again guys for the best media centre out there. :grin:
