Setting the network buffer size in 9.04

How do I set the buffer size for video playback over a network connection in the 9.04 release of XBMC?

In the previous release I used it was pretty obvious in the settings menu, but I can't seem to locate it in the new release ...

Try searching before asking questions that you may think are common. Its been asked plenty of times already and its likely if you cant see it others cant either. The cache is gone.

I searched the online guide (http://xbmc.org/wiki/?title=XBMC_9.04_Point_Release) and it said:
"Configurable memory cache buffer for video/audio playback, configured in GUI"

People have asked in the forums. I believe it was left over from the xbox and never did anything for computer versions.
