xns config

i am trying to configure the config file for xbmc... i can get the program to see my f drive on my pc but none of the folders...
* * *what is the proper syntax to *share the entire f drive on my pc....
* * *is it possible(it was on xbmp) or is it just operator trouble... *or if it is not possible then what is the syntax for say for a directory called share on the f drive
