I dont know weather this is fixed on the recent svn but I dont have any of these problem any more ...and the only thing I did differently is.
to force ATI card to display at 1080p at 60hz on my TV.
now XBMC sits idle at 2%-5% CPU instead of 30%-50% before :laugh:
PS: I got 780G chipset with integrated ATI 3200
