Mkv + atv = ?

My setup is as follows..

I have one of my computers running Windows Home Server and have it streaming my video content using UPnP. I am then using my ATV with XBMC and have tried Atlantis (bf1) & Babylon (beta1).

The problem I am having, is that no .MKV content is showing!! All I see is .AVI.

I have no clue whats going on here. Anyone???

After a bunch of searching it looks like WHS will not stream .MKV? Oh well... I just set up a shared folder.

Anyone know what WHS won't stream .MKV files?
