Fanart Slow Delay

I noticed a few other people were reporting similar issues to what I'm having. When switching between series there is a significant delay before the next fanart is shown. Seems to be in the magnitude of several seconds.

Has anyone found a fix to this issue?

That's where your fix is.. Although I believe it was done the way it is for a reason..
