XBMC not starting on vista 32 bits

Hi there,
today i saw some 'new' application ( atleast for me) called XBMC. Got interested and downloaded 8.10 atlantis. After installing the program om my computer, I tried starting the application. When i did it it crashed the moment it started. I went to the forum, searched for solutions, downloaded the latest SVN, latest Nvidia drivers from nvidia.com, rebooted a few times tried uninstalling and deleting everything, etc. and still it crashes on startup. :(

I hope there is a solution for this problem ???

My computer:

Windows Vista, 32-bit build 6000
Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU E2200 @ 2.20GHz
3GB DDR2 Ram memory
Nvidia GeForce 8400 GS
Resolution: 1680x1050

Nevermind. I just skimmed your post and didn't realize that you already tried the SVN build.

Have you tried starting in full screen and windowed modes?

Assuming that's the whole log, there seems to be a problem with OpenGL extensions, but traditionally that means you haven't updated to OpenGL 2.0.xxx. However, as you are running OpenGL 3.0, I can say that I don't know what the problem is. I'll leave this to the devs.

I don't know if this will help, but this fixed the issue on another of the many hundreds of threads on this topic.

OK i downloaded it and it still hung.. so next I looked into the nvidia 3d settings
after going through each and multiple ones.. I found
all i had to do is make sure EXTENSION LIMITS is OFF !!
