LCD.xml -> VFD?

Hi guys

I have an HTPC in an Origen case, that uses a 2x16 VFD, controlled by irtrans

How can i get the info from LCD.xml in the XBMC\userdata folder to appear on the disply?

Any ideas? It must be possible surely?
