View Full Version : having problem importing new tv episodes.
hello, i have been using XBMC for a while now i am always updating to latest svn. i am currently using 19161.
For the last couple of days i saw that when i was updating the tvshows library no new episodes where imported. I tried deleting the whole library and importing again but still only the episodes i had last week came imported again.
Is there a log i can have a look at to see why my new episodes don't import?? anybody else having this issue??
Also i have been using media companion to download info on the episodes and it downloads fine.
And the wierd thing is that movie library is importing just fine.
Any ideas???
By the way i am using aeon svn builds but i have tried going back to mediastream to see if it solves the problem and it doesn't.
TVdb have been moving servers.
still the files should have been imported without the goodies(info and stuff) for the episodes right??

Anyway i am including part of my debug log it seems that although file is recognized no attempt to download data is made or am i wrong??

Did you make any progress with this issue?
I seem to have the same issue, Movie library imports fine, TV episodes do not import (for me it finds the TV program folder, but does not find any episodes within).

it seems that if media info plus doesn't scrap the tv show or movie properly and doesn't make the .nfo file XBMC never scraps it by itself.
Anybody know why that happens??
shouldn't XBMC try to scrap from tvdb if no nfo file is found???
