Movie Thumbs (BEGGING)

Hi Guys

I have been searching for the solution to this problem but nothing works.

When I scan a new movie to the library I can get everything but not the cover thumb. When I try to choose a Thumb It does download them but each segment is just blank.

Can someone please answer this for me????

I am using SVN 19150 with XP3 and Mediastream 1.0. All windows updates done and have tried multiple scrapers with the same results.

Have I missed something here?

Please provide a debug log file via pastebin. Could be that you're missing the msvc?71.dll's.
