View Full Version : scripts not visible in scripts menu
Ok, the last builds (including build of today) I made have a common problem. The scripts menu stays empty. Can start the scripts from the file manager, however, none of the scripts in the scripts folder becomes visible. What am I doing wrong?

Same problem here
maybe you can enlighten us with more information? how is XBMC started (-p or not), where are the scripts located (installation directory or user profile directory)? With which rights is XBMC started (admin or restricted user)? And maybe a logfile would also be helpful.
the newest installer installs the scripts to the user profile dir per default but it does work from both locations afaik.
Moved the scripts to the user data directory , and everything is working now.
Thanks
XBMC started without -p option and with admin rights. Scripts located in the installation directory are not visible. Scripts located in the user dir are visible. Didn't use an installer, just used the build dir from svn build process.

Without -p that seems like intended behavior to me.
