How do you stop playing media (like movies or tv shows)

I'm used to in Mediastream being able to hit escape and it stops playing my movie or tv show and returns me to the main menu. Do you have to pause your media in Aeon before exiting back to the menu for it to stop playing?

I will say however that I haven't used XBMC in a while (plex user) so maybe it's an XBMC thing.

a stop button is going to be added to the OSD in a later version. you can always use 'x' on the keyboard to stop a video
