How to quit if Default Shutdown mode is Shutdown

Hi guys,

got a simple question... normally when i quit the xbmc i want to shutdown the whole htpc so i set as default shutdown mode "shutdown", but there are situations when i just want to quit xbmc, is there an easy way to do so, or do i have do quit it by force?

for me it's simply using the end button on my keyboard

You have to be on the Home Menu.
