text scroll choppy

Anyone has problem with text scroll a little choppy? is there a setting some where to change it? I cant find it.

if anyone use Media Portal you see what I mean, their text scroll is very good for the eyes, slow and smooth.

The RSS feed text? Or text under each specific file?

I am fairly sure he is referring to the RSS scroll. Everything on my system is smooth as silk except for that RSS feed. It drives me nuts. Any suggestions I would love to hear them as well.
