I'm already able to play my blurays using aacskeys, dumphd and a bash script but it would be much easier if ffmpeg would support that. :grin:

Even if they get basic decryption implemented I'm not sure how they will handle BD+ since I don't think there are any public implementations yet.

There is BD+ development in progress on the doom9 forums. It even works already for many discs. The main problems are the processing keys of newer discs atm.
