Screen is flashing

I have Windows XP SP3 32bit
1 gb RAM
Graphiccard: VIA Chrome9 HC IGP (this is my on-board graphiccard) -.-
XBMC 8.10

So... now to the problem
My complete screen is flashing when i start the programm in fullscreenmode.
The program is running normally in windowed mode and when i change the settings in the windowed mode to fullscreen the screen stays normal. When I shutdown my XBMC and start it again in windowed mode (with fullscreen settings) it begins to flash again.
I don't want to change the resolution before closing and after starting every time.
All my Videos are also green. Doesn't matter if fullscreen or not.
Hopefully somebody can helps me with this problem.

Well, I can't help you with your specific problem, but I would give the advice to:

1) Try to update your graphics drivers if possible
2) Buy/borrow a "real" graphics card to see if that's your problem (it does not need to be an expensive one, you just need to get away from that integrated graphics chip)

Nice idea
First problem is, this is a graphiccard in my laptop
secondly all videos are working normaly in my other players

It's just like the red and the blue part of the rgb are missing...
any ideas?

Pretty sure we don't support VIA chipset.
