My XBOX:
-XBOX with bigger HD
-XBMC

My goal is to have an xbox that can run XBMC and Linux. They dont have to be running at the same time. Basically, I use my xbox for XBMC a lot. On the side I am developing games. I wanted to test my (pygame/python) games out on my tv, and linux for xbox supports this.

After doing some reading, I read you can dual boot the xbox, which I dont know how to do or have a tutorial. The other solution I saw on this forum was that you can install XBMC and just have a linux xbe which will run linux w/in XBMC. If this is correct, I would rather go with the linux xbe. The only problem is that I dont know if this linux xbe can run external files such as my python game files?

Thanks!

that linux xbe boots up linux for you.

you can then run whatever you want. in any case; these are not the forums to ask about general xbox stuff, go to xbox-scene.com for that
